I just want to thank you for last night's webinar. It was GREAT!!

I absolutely LOVED the interaction allowed there, and felt a rush of renewed enthusiasm.

It was also great that Tammy was there, too.

I love you guys!

Gotta go practice my engraving some more!

Thanks!

Hi Lew, we have not talked in a while but things do change for us all. I have changed jobs a couple of times, but this one was accepted because it will allow my "Dreams" to work. I am managing some commercial property here in Az. One of the stipulations a gave was that after I brought the property up to a certain level, the owners will give me one of the small suites to open "Larry Gibson Studio" and do my carvings for people to watch and buy. It will allow me to manage the property and inject my dream all in the same day.
I always enjoy your thoughts and ideas. Even if I dont make the weekly semiars I do stay up with you and buy lots of my material from Profitable Hobbies.

Dr Lew,

I make it a point to check you website/blog all the time.

I'm human - Some weekdays can get away from me - nine hours at work, 2.5 hours of commute - before you know it I have to get some sleep.

I find if I didn't actively push myself to get into my studio for an hour or so on those days that my J.O.B. wears me out, I would miss out on putting myself in that great mood carving always puts me in.

It's that sense of accomplishment that I get from just a little carving, designing, or just brainstorming about my hobby/future. So I lose a little sleep - it's worth it.

I enjoy reading your Blog - Thanks

I remember years ago on some sales training, either in auto sales or insurance sales, we were asked to do something, and most of said we would try. The instructor stopped and took out a pen and laid it on the desk and asked each of us to move the pen to another location and we did that. He looked at us and said did you try or did you move the pen? He told us if we always try we will not do anything, you either do it or you don't do it. If you try you fail. You could do it and fail as I have done in several things I tried, but like Donald Trump said, just because it didn't work that doesn't mean you are a failure, you just found another thing that didn't work for you.

Many successful people have done other things, and gone bankrupt, as I have, until we found what worked for us. Read Rich Dad Poor Dad. Same with profitable hobbies, you might not like wood carving but you like knife engraving, then engrave knives, but I'm sure you can find something that you have a passion for. Find someone in the network that is a success at what they do and what you want to do and learn from them, ask them questions, take their training course, buy their videos, invest in yourself and follow their lead and you will also become successful.
